Feral Scout Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
If you live in the United States, most new and unworn apparel items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To start an exchange, please contact us throug email or our contact page. After your item(s) arrive back to us, we will ship your replacement.
- Return shipping to us is your responsibility unless you added Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout on your original order.
- As a small business, we’re unable to cover shipping costs for items being sent back.
- For U.S. exchanges only, Feral Scout covers the cost to ship the replacement item(s) to you.
- Canada and international orders are not eligible for exchanges—they may be returned only.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Additional exchange rules:
- Each order/item may be exchanged one time only.
- Once an item has been exchanged, it is not eligible for return.
- Free gift items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
We can accept returns and issue refunds, subject to a 10% restocking fee for refunds back to your original payment method.
To begin a return, please use our automated returns portal/system. We do not provide return labels unless. Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Exchanges apply to new, unused apparel only.

Original shipping fees are not refunded or credited.
- Store credit returns and exchanges are free (no restocking fee).
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
An item will not qualify for return or exchange if:
- It has already been exchanged previously.
- It has been worn, washed, used, dried, or stained.
- It has any odor (including smoke). Items with cigarette smoke odor are not eligible.
- It was marked Clearance or Closeout (final sale, sold as-is).
- The shipment was refused at delivery.
- It was a customized or personalized item/design.
Purchases Made Outside Feral Scout
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Feral Scout’s website. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, Amazon, Jane, etc.) are subject to the return policies shown on those platforms.
Discount Code Policy
Only one discount code/coupon may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be stacked.
Item Not Delivered Policy
We do our best to get every package to you safely, but occasionally carriers mark a package as delivered when it can’t be located afterward. In those cases, Feral Scout cannot replace the package unless you purchased Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
- If your order has already entered production, cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- If production has not started, cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
